Establishing his practice in 2022, Nick provides advanced biomechanical assessments and targeted manual treatments designed to resolve the root cause of physical pain. He specializes in treating repetitive strain injuries (RSIs), postural dysfunction, and chronic tension making his practice highly sought after by desk-bound corporate professionals, tech workers, and active individuals alike. Patients can expect a premium recovery plan combining precise hands-on therapy with individualized conditioning to restore peak function and prevent future workplace strains.
Nick graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy from Western University. Throughout his intensive clinical studies across Ontario including London, Hamilton, and St. Thomas he had the privilege of working closely with fully certified Canadian Academy of Manual & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists (CAMPT) and McKenzie Method practitioners. This extensive background gained him valuable insights into advanced manual therapy techniques and complex mechanical diagnostics. Prior to his Master's degree, Nick completed his specialized Co-op Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Philosophy at Brock University, graduating with honours.
An active proponent of the physical discipline he teaches, Nick prioritizes daily fitness and trains weekly in Yoshinkan Aikido martial arts, holding a 3rd Kyu rank. His diverse movement background also includes past training in Muay Thai, giving him a deep, practical appreciation for high-performance body mechanics, balance, and leverage. In his spare time, Nick is an avid reader, enjoys exploring new restaurants across the GTA with his family and stays connected with the local healthcare and corporate safety community.
